By using the ThriveRx Health Pharmacy website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. These terms cover your use of this website only. They do not replace or reduce the professional and legal duties we owe you as a licensed Ohio pharmacy.
ThriveRx Health Pharmacy dispenses prescriptions, counsels patients, carries out medication therapy management and refill synchronization, pursues prior authorizations and copay assistance, delivers locally, and offers self-pay health coaching, wellness screenings, and biomarker testing. This website describes those services, accepts refill and transfer requests, and passes messages to the pharmacy. Nothing published here is medical advice, our wellness services are not a diagnosis and do not replace care from your physician, and reading this site does not create a pharmacist and patient relationship.
Every prescription medication requires a valid order from a licensed prescriber. We may verify any prescription before dispensing, and we may decline to fill one where a pharmacist judges that dispensing would be unsafe or unlawful. Refill and transfer requests sent through this website are requests rather than confirmations, and nothing is dispensed until a pharmacist has reviewed it. Transfers are limited by state and federal law, and certain controlled substances cannot be transferred at all.
Use this website lawfully and without infringing anyone else's rights, and do not send harmful, threatening, or abusive content through it. Do not use this website for anything urgent. Forms and messages are read during weekday business hours, so if you are facing a medical emergency or a reaction to a medication, call 911 or your prescriber rather than waiting for a reply here. If we issue you any credentials for viewing your records, keep them confidential.
We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but we give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for your particular situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for professional negligence in dispensing or counseling.

Do not reproduce, distribute, or build derivative works from them without our written permission. Medication brand names, manufacturer names, and program names that appear on this site remain the trademarks of their owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
This website may link to sites we do not control, including our supplement dispensary, lab ordering partners, manufacturer copay programs, and health information resources. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or their terms, and a link from us is not an endorsement. Read the policies of any site you go on to use.
We may revise these terms. A revision takes effect once we post it here with an updated effective date, and we will draw attention to significant changes where it is reasonable to do so. Please look over this page from time to time. Revisions do not apply backwards to a dispute that had already arisen before we posted them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Delaware County, Ohio. None of this limits your right to raise a concern with the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy or any other regulator.
