Basic Wellness Screening
CardioChek
$99
BP · Weight/BMI · Glucose reading · Cholesterol reading.
One fingerstick, four numbers, nothing sent off to a lab.
Real screenings, done in-store, with the numbers explained before you leave and turned into something you can act on. No appointment needed, walk-ins welcome.

Blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose in one visit. If you haven't had these checked in the last year, start here, and it becomes the baseline everything else gets measured against.
Two people can weigh the same and have completely different health outcomes. InBody shows what's actually inside the number on the scale: muscle mass, body fat percentage, and the visceral fat that matters most metabolically.
One fingerstick, and one of the earliest signals of insulin resistance and pre-diabetes. Unlike a glucose reading, it can't be fooled by what you ate this morning.
For anyone with persistent digestive issues, brain fog, skin problems, or unexplained inflammation. The FIT panel maps IgG reactivity patterns to specific foods, which gives us a starting point for an elimination trial rather than a diagnosis. It is not an allergy test. The Leaky Gut test looks at markers of intestinal permeability.
Straight in off Central Ave, or book a slot online.
Run in-store by a certified pharmacy technician.
We explain what your numbers mean and what comes next.
If your screening flagged something (high cholesterol, elevated A1C, blood pressure that isn't budging), the next step is often a Comprehensive Medication Review ($99) with a pharmacist. We go through every prescription and supplement you take, flag interactions and side effects worth knowing about, and give you a written summary you can hand to any prescriber. It works in the other direction too: if you already have a review booked, an InBody scan or cholesterol testing can be added to the same appointment for an additional cost.
HSA/FSA eligibility
Some clients do use HSA or FSA funds for wellness screenings. Availability and reimbursement are determined by your individual HSA/FSA plan sponsor, and may require your physician's letter of medical necessity, so check with your administrator to see what yours allows.
For the most accurate cholesterol reading, yes: water only for at least 8 hours beforehand. If fasting isn't realistic for you, come in anyway. We'll run the test, note that you ate, and read the numbers accordingly.
No. A1C reflects the past three months, so breakfast can't change it. Same for the InBody scan, though an empty stomach and normal hydration give you the cleanest reading to compare against next time.
Most screenings are 15–20 minutes, including the review with a pharmacist. The FIT and Leaky Gut panels are the exception: those go to the lab, so we book a separate sit-down once your results are back.
