Not another diet. A structured, pharmacist-led metabolic reset designed to support insulin resistance, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Average weight loss on the signature program is 8–10 lbs per month. Results vary from person to person.
Pharmacist-led · In-person, phone, or video
Owner, pharmacist, and health coach Larecia Seibert has been in your very same shoes. She personally lost 46 lbs on the metabolic reset plan, reversed her insulin resistance, and went from surviving to thriving. She has more energy than ever to keep up with her four busy boys. She is passionate about helping others transform their health, and she's waiting for you to reach out.
The reset lives inside the 4M approach, and it moves on three fronts at the same time. Meals are only one of them, which is why food-only programs stall around week three.
You're not doing this alone. Guidance and accountability from a pharmacist and health coach, with check-ins that fit your week instead of a fixed class schedule you have to work around.
You'll be surrounded by others on a similar journey, and that connection is what makes change stick. Mindset, daily habits, simple routines. No more starting over.
A proven, step-by-step approach that removes the guesswork. Included in every program, so week one is not spent standing in an aisle deciding what to buy.
Designed to help your body shift into fat-burning mode while improving overall metabolic health.
What the reset is built to do
These are the outcomes the program is designed for, and results vary from person to person. Your consult turns them into targets that fit your body, your numbers, and the week you actually have.
Your program is selected during your Metabolic Health Consult based on your goals, lifestyle, and health needs. All nine follow the 4M approach, include the nutrition, and fall within the $189–$419 per month range (may be HSA/FSA eligible). The nutrition is a third-party branded product ordered through the program and billed as a recurring monthly order. We go through the full pricing and terms with you at your consult, before you commit to anything.

The person writing your nutrition plan already knows your medications.
Twenty years in community pharmacy, at Walgreens, Target, and Kroger, before Larecia built ThriveRx. She is a PharmD and a health coach, which means one person sees both your habits and your prescription list.
That matters more than it sounds. Coaching gets planned around what you are already taking, not in spite of it. And if your numbers improve enough to be worth a conversation about what you still need, she will tell you and coordinate it with your prescriber rather than leaving you to raise it alone.
Still unsure? Call 740-417-4600 and talk it through before you commit to anything.
It's a metabolic health program. Weight loss is one outcome for most people, but the goal runs deeper: reversing insulin resistance, improving cardiovascular markers, and building habits that hold. For some it also becomes a conversation with their prescriber about what they still need.
Some clients do use HSA or FSA funds for their program. Whether yours allows it comes down to your plan sponsor, and it may require a letter of medical necessity from your physician, so check with your administrator before you assume either way.
Yes. There's a dedicated GLP Nutrition Protocol for patients on these medications or coming off them, so you're not left guessing when your appetite comes back and the weight tries to follow.
The Nursing Mom Plan was built for exactly this. Larecia will review it against anything else you are taking before you start, and your OB stays in the loop.
It depends on your goals. Some people run a short reset and take the habits from there; others stay in ongoing coaching for a year or more. You and Larecia set the length together at your consult.
Yes. Larecia works with clients in person at the pharmacy in Delaware, OH, and also by phone and by video, so distance or a full schedule is not a reason to put it off.
That's where most of our clients start. The reset works because it addresses meals, movement, monitoring, and mindset at the same time, with a pharmacist who can also see your medication list. Most programs only handle one of those.
Availability and reimbursement are determined by your individual HSA/FSA plan sponsor, and may require your physician's letter of medical necessity. Check with your HSA/FSA administrator and healthcare provider to see if your plan allows reimbursement. Health coaching services are personalized for each client, and recommendations are based on individual goals and health needs. Results vary from person to person.
From surviving to thriving.
