Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup

Stay in your car. Call ahead, park out front, and we bring your prescription to the window.

Text the pharmacy at 740-417-4600.

Pick Up Your Prescription Without Leaving the Car

Our pharmacy sits inside Troy Plaza Shopping Center on West Central Avenue across from Grady Memorial Hospital, so a walk in trip means finding a spot, crossing the lot, and going down a hallway. Most days that is nothing. Then there is the day with a sleeping toddler in the back seat, or a fever, or a knee that will not bend yet.

Curbside pickup takes that walk out of the errand. You stay in the driver seat the whole time.

From your call to your window

Call first

Tell us you are heading over so the order is filled and bagged before you arrive.

Park and stay

Pull into a spot out front and let us know you are there.

We walk it out

Your bag comes to the window and you are back on the road.

We take most insurance plans, and whatever we bill inside is billed the same way at the curb.

Curbside is not only for routine refills

A first fill

Anything you would ask at the counter about a new medication gets answered at the car by Larecia Seibert, PharmD.

A run for someone else

An adult child, a spouse, or a caregiver can collect a patient order without getting out of the car.

The rest of the list

Ask when you call and over the counter items or diabetic supplies go in the same bag.

Have these with you

  • Photo identification for any controlled medication.
  • The patient name and date of birth when the order is not yours.
  • The color and make of your car if the lot out front is full.
  • A card or cash, since payment happens at the window.

Call when your car is a few minutes out and we will meet you at the curb.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Calling ahead is what makes it quick. If you arrive without calling, we will still bring the order out, but you may sit in the lot while it is filled, checked, and bagged. A call gives us the few minutes we need to have the bag waiting when your car stops.

Yes. Ask the prescriber to send it to us electronically before you leave the appointment. Electronic prescriptions usually reach us within minutes, so a stop at the curb on the drive home is realistic. Call when you are close and we will tell you whether it is filled or still in process.

Yes. Give us the medication name and where your refills are now, and we take care of the transfer request. Remaining refills come across with it. Once your profile is set up, every future fill can go out to your car instead of over the counter.

Cold items stay in the refrigerator until your car is actually in the lot, then get carried straight out and handed to you. Nothing sits outside or waits in a bin. Tell us when you call if you have a long drive afterward and we will go over how long it can stay out.

We start the prior authorization with your prescriber and stay on it until there is a decision. You are not the one chasing paperwork. Once approval comes through, we fill the prescription and you can collect it at the curb without making a separate trip inside. Call anytime for a status update.
