We look at everything you take and pick one date a month for all of it. Getting there usually takes a cycle, since some prescriptions need a partial fill to line up with the rest. After that, your full list is filled together and ready at the same time.
Yes. Pick a date that fits your routine, whether that is the day after a check arrives or a morning you are already out. We build the cycle around it. If the date stops working later, tell us and we will move it, though shifting takes a fill or two to settle.
Synchronization is a scheduling change, not an added product, so there is no separate charge for it. Your prescriptions are covered the way your plan normally covers them, and we take most insurance plans. The partial fills used to bring your dates together are billed as ordinary fills.
Call us as soon as you know. A new strength or a stopped medication changes what belongs in the batch, and catching it before your fill date keeps you from paying for something you will not use. We adjust the cycle and contact the prescriber when a new order is needed.
No. Once the batch is ready you can come to the counter, stay in your car for curbside pickup, or have it delivered to your home. Tell us which you prefer when you set the date, and say so if that changes. A caregiver can also collect on your behalf.
