Every dose sealed in its own square, so nothing is left to memory
A weekly organizer works until the list gets long. Nine bottles, four times of day, and a Sunday night spent squinting at labels at the kitchen table. Then a square sits empty and you cannot tell whether the pill was swallowed or rolled under the chair.
At ThriveRx Health Pharmacy in Delaware, the sorting happens before the medication ever leaves the counter. Your pills arrive in sealed Dispill packs, one square for each time of day, printed with the day it belongs to.
From nine bottles to one card
Bring the bottles
We start from what you actually take, not just what is on file.
Sealed by dose
Each square holds one time of day and is sealed here, not counted at home.
Push and take
The foil breaks, the pills come out together, and the empty square is your record.
A sealed pack also lets a spouse or an adult child see from across the room whether yesterday was missed.
What a pharmacist catches when the whole list is in one place
The same drug twice
Sorting everything into one card exposes two prescriptions from two prescribers that carry the same active ingredient under different names.
Doses that should not sit together
Medications that block each other when taken at the same hour get moved into separate squares before the pack is built.
Vitamins and the drugstore shelf
Supplements and over the counter tablets can be sealed in alongside prescriptions, which is also how interactions with them come to light.
What cannot be sealed
Inhalers, liquids, injections and anything refrigerated stay in their own containers, and you are told which of those fall outside the card.

Frequently Asked Questions
ThriveRx accepts every insurance plan except Tricare. Your prescriptions are billed to your plan the same way they would be if they came in bottles, so coverage of the medication itself does not change because the pills arrive in sealed squares. Bring your card on the first visit.
It suits anyone taking several medications at more than one time of day. That often means someone managing a chronic condition, a person recently home from the hospital, or an adult child overseeing a parent's medications from another town. If you have ever wondered whether a dose was taken, it fits.
No. ThriveRx offers home delivery and curbside pickup, so the pack can come to your door or out to your car. A spouse, adult child or caregiver can also collect it. Tell the pharmacy who is authorized ahead of time so there is no holdup at the counter.
Call with your name, date of birth and the medications you take. The transfer is handled from here, including contacting your prescriber when a prescription has no refills left. Once the list is confirmed, packaging can begin with your next fill instead of waiting for the start of a new month.
Yes. ThriveRx provides Medication Therapy Management, so Larecia Seibert, PharmD, can go through every prescription, vitamin and over the counter product on your list. That review fits naturally alongside packaging, since building an accurate pack requires the complete list anyway. Ask for an appointment when you call.
